Cancellation and Refund Terms
This page explains the cancellation and refund terms for ArkiFit digital lookup credits and digital services.

1. Nature of the Digital Service
ArkiFit provides digital services and digital lookup credits, not physical products. There is therefore no shipping or physical return process.
2. Unused Credits
If purchased credits have not been used at all, refund requests are assessed within statutory periods and the rules of the payment institution.

3. Digital Services Already Used
Where a parcel lookup, report generation or similar digital service has been started at the user's request and a credit has been consumed, performance of the service is deemed to have begun.
In that case, given the nature of the digital outputs produced, the credit used may not be refundable.
4. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
For incorrect or duplicate payments, or payments that do not reach the account for technical reasons, the user's request is reviewed; the verified amount or credit is refunded by an appropriate method or assigned to the account.
