ArkiFit is a parcel zoning and feasibility platform that lays out what a site can actually be built to, within minutes.
ArkiFit lets architects, developers and investors see a parcel's development rights, its floor area calculation, a concept massing and an approximate cost on one screen. Our aim is to make the decisions that have to be taken on day one of a project a matter of minutes rather than hours.

Our approach
What ArkiFit produces is an architect-supported preliminary assessment; it makes fast decisions easier but does not stand in for official approval or the permit process. We feed our data from municipal and public sources, and we keep widening our coverage.
The team behind it
ArkiFit is a MCB Mimarlık venture, based in Ankara, Türkiye. Our team comes out of architectural practice and turns real needs from the field into software.
