1. Scope of the Service
ArkiFit is a service provided by MCB Mimarlık covering parcel zoning lookups, floor area calculations, concept scheme generation and approximate cost/report production.
2. Informational Nature and Limits of Liability
All outputs ArkiFit produces are for information purposes and have no legal binding force. Results are an architect-supported preliminary assessment; they do not replace official approval, a building permit or licensed architectural services.
For official zoning status and permit processes, the competent municipality and licensed architectural services are authoritative. ArkiFit cannot be held liable for damages arising from decisions taken in reliance on its outputs.
3. Data Sources
Zoning and parcel data is compiled from municipal and public sources. Differences may arise from delays, gaps or errors in those sources; we recommend confirming how current the data is with the official authorities.
4. Account and Usage Rules
- You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account details.
- You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Automated data extraction (scraping), reverse engineering and usage that overloads the service are prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
The ArkiFit brand, interface, software and content are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.
6. Pricing
The scope and prices of paid plans are stated within the service. Price and plan changes are announced in advance.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of use contrary to these terms.
