Delivery and Shipping Terms
ArkiFit is a digital service platform and does not sell physical products.

1. Digital Delivery
Purchased lookup credits are assigned digitally to the user's ArkiFit account after payment is confirmed.
By signing in to their account, the user can make use of parcel lookup, feasibility, concept scheme and report generation services.
2. No Shipping
Because ArkiFit services are delivered electronically, there is no physical delivery, no shipping and no shipping fee.
3. Delivery Time
When payment completes successfully, credits are usually reflected in the account immediately, or within a reasonable period in case of technical delay.
