Data Protection Notice
Information on the processing of your personal data by MCB Mimarlık as data controller, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller
Within the scope of ArkiFit services, your personal data is processed by MCB Mimarlık (“ArkiFit”) acting as data controller.
2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact data (full name, email address)
- Account and transaction data (membership details, usage records)
- Lookup data (the block/plot and location details you enter)
- Technical data (IP address, cookie records, browser information)
- Anonymous aggregate traffic data (day, domain, safe page route and view count)
3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the service, creating and managing your account
- Delivering parcel zoning lookup, calculation and report generation functions
- Responding to customer support requests
- Measuring and improving service quality
- Meeting legal obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK on the grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the hosting and infrastructure providers we work with to deliver the service, only to the extent necessary and within legal limits. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation; once the purpose ceases it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
