Distance Sales Agreement and Sales Policy
This text sets out the sales terms for the digital lookup credits and digital services purchased through ArkiFit.

2. Subject of the Service
ArkiFit provides digital services such as parcel-level zoning and feasibility lookups, development rights analysis, concept scheme drafts, approximate cost figures and report generation.
Purchased packages consist of digital lookup credits assigned to the user's account.
3. Price and Payment
Package prices are shown in Turkish Lira on the payment page. Payments are processed through the infrastructure of a contracted payment institution.
Once payment completes successfully, the relevant credit package is assigned to the user's account.
4. Delivery
The service is delivered digitally; there is no physical product and no shipping.

5. Use and Responsibility
ArkiFit outputs are preliminary feasibility and decision-support material. For official zoning status, permits, municipal approval and construction drawings, the competent authorities and the project's licensed author are authoritative.
The user is responsible for the transactions carried out through their account and for the accuracy of the information they enter.
