Where, and how deep.
Coverage varies from district to district. The scale at which a finding was observed is never hidden; it is written on the file.
Municipal council agendas are swept district by district; coverage is declared separately on each file.
Land listing comparables are gathered in these provinces by a nightly sweep for the per-square-metre price anchor.
What is the collection pipeline doing right now?

03 / Verification method
Behind every figure there is a source.
Land decisions are made under uncertainty. Rather than hide that uncertainty, ArkiFit measures and labels it; observation is kept apart from analytical comment.
Source attribution
Every figure states which source it came from and when it was last updated.
Confidence level
Every observation carries a high, medium or low confidence label.
Scale transparency
Whether a finding was observed at neighbourhood, district or province scale is stated openly.
Stated limits
Radar presents observations; it is not binding for official zoning status or investment decisions.
