ArkiFit came out of the needs of an architecture office producing real projects. It was written to cut the days spent working out what a site yields down to minutes.

ArkiFit was founded so that architects, developers and investors can see a site's development rights, its build potential and the growth around it from one place. We are a MCB Mimarlık venture, based in Ankara, Türkiye.

Less a software company than architectural practice turned into data.
One backbone, many surfaces
Radar, Studio, Nokta+ and the WhatsApp assistant Arki are not separate products; they are the faces the same data backbone turns towards different decision desks.
Data kept with its source
Every finding is stored with the source it came from, the scale it was observed at and when. What we produce is a preliminary assessment; it does not replace official approval or the permit process.
