Municipal zoning data

In districts with municipal integration, core e-zoning data (use class, site coverage, floor area ratio, max height) is summarised automatically. Where it is not supported, Arki says so plainly.

Floor area and massing summary

Capacity indicators such as buildable floor area, approximate construction area and a storey scenario arrive in the chat as a plain summary.

Full feasibility + PDF report

If your account is linked and you have credits, Arki runs the full feasibility engine and sends the parcel, zoning, capacity and cost blocks plus the PDF report to WhatsApp.

Location

Urban connectivity score

Access to key destinations around the parcel is scored; the nearest destinations and the location score are added to the analysis and the report.

Radar

Put the parcel's district on watch

After looking up a parcel, write “watch this parcel”. Arki adds the district to your Radar watch list; when a new plan, permit or development event is approved after that, it sends you an automatic WhatsApp message.
