ArkiFit Nokta+

Is there grid capacity, what does the land cost,
what is the return?

Nokta+ answers an energy investor's question of where to build with a single decision file grounded in official sources. It starts at national scale, descends to the connection zone, and hands you the parcel record and who to talk to.

The national table opens with membership. Parcel resolution and feasibility are included in the Nokta+ subscription.

How it works

From country to parcel, in five steps.

Each step is the input to the next, and each one states which official source is speaking. Where a step has no data, the product does not invent it — it says the data is missing.

01

City

Ranks connectable capacity across the country by return. Provinces where a single substation covers your target output come first.

Grid operator · PVGIS · land comparables
02

Connection zone

Places the province's substations on the map and shows the remaining MW at each. Unmatched substations are listed by name, not hidden.

03

Parcel

Sweeps suitable land around the substation and narrows it to a block and plot number. Turns land classification into permit risk.

04

Preliminary feasibility

Installable capacity, generation, land budget, LCOE, IRR and payback. Figures, not a score; you change the assumptions.

Who to contact

Who you buy the land from, who grants the permit and where the connection application goes, all on one card.

Who to contact

Who will you buy the land from?

An investor's first blocker is not the connection application but reaching the land. Nokta+ answers that through three legitimate channels and states which one the answer came from.

01Land already for saleIf the parcel matches a listing, the firm that published it is your contact. The strength of the match is stated: an exact block and plot, or a similar size in the same neighbourhood.
02Public and corporate sellersTreasury, municipal and institutional property tenders, plus partition sales. This is the most realistic land pool for an energy investment.
03Land firms in the districtWhere no listing is found, registered firms dealing in land in that district. Ranking follows coverage and rotation, not payment; records are approved by hand.

Where personal data stops

Title-deed ownership is not public, and an individual landowner's contact details are personal data. Nokta+ does not collect that information, does not display it, and does not promise to.

Only commercial parties who have made their own contact details public are shown: the firm publishing a listing, public sellers and registered land firms. Where there is no match, the card says so plainly.

The difference

What global tools cannot give you in Türkiye.

International site-selection tools filter slope, irradiance and distance to a substation. The three things that actually change the investment decision depend on local data.

Transparency contract

We sell the reasoning, not the score.

What is not measured is not scored

Missing data does not count as zero; its weight drops out of the denominator and the coverage ratio is reported alongside the result. If a province was eliminated, you see why.

Every figure has a source

The criterion breakdown, raw value, weight and source name come back with the result. We do not produce a closed AI score.

We say what we do not know

We give no revenue estimate, because we do not hold transaction data. If a substation has not been swept, the field says not swept rather than showing a parcel count.
